Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
  • Final Sale Policy: Once a product is marked as “Ready” or has been “Customized/Prepared” based on your order, we do not offer any returns or refunds.
  • No Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once the production or processing stage has begun.
  • Exclusions: Returns or refunds will only be considered if the product is received in a physically damaged condition or if the wrong item was delivered. In such cases, the issue must be reported within [24/48] hours of delivery with valid proof (such as an unboxing video).
  • Approval: Any exceptional refund request is at the sole discretion of Sharma Pvt. Ltd. and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds

In E-commerce, having a “No Return” policy is legally allowed in India, but it is highly recommended to clearly show this on the Product Page as well, so customers see it before they click “Buy.”
